Shipping Options for U.S. Customers

 

At Kitchen Iberica, our customers in the U.S. can choose between two delivery options, depending on their needs:

 

1️⃣ Standard Shipping:

Delivery times to the address provided will depend on the type of product ordered, with an estimated time frame of 5 to 8 weeks, depending on the destination state.

 

2️⃣ Free Continental U.S. Shipping:

For orders over $150, you may select this shipping option. Delivery may take 6 to 10 weeks, depending on your location within the U.S.

 

3️⃣ In-Store Pickup (Miami showroom):

If you prefer to pick up your order in person at our Miami location, you’re welcome to do so. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

 

Shipping Carriers:

Depending on the weight, volume, and availability, shipping will be handled by express courier services such as FedEx or UPS. Kitchen Iberica reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier based on the characteristics of your order.

 

Important: Kitchen Iberica currently processes and ships orders exclusively within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Boxes.

 

Processing and Delivery Times

 

Orders placed during business hours are generally processed the same day, and picked up by the carrier once we receive confirmation from the manufacturer. From the moment your order is collected by the carrier, estimated delivery times will depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

 

KITCHEN IBERICA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS CAUSED BY CARRIER MISHANDLING.

 

Carriers will deliver based on their own route schedules. If you have a specific time preference (morning/afternoon) or need the driver to call you before delivery, please leave this note in the comments section during checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Express Delivery:

We offer express shipping via FedEx Express if the product is in stock and if we have sufficient time to prepare the shipment. If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply for this service.

 

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide. For lighter shipments via FedEx or UPS, delivery can be made to a residence, business, boat, etc.

 

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before completing your order. If you notice an error afterward, email us immediately at 📧 comercial@kitcheniberica.com.es or call 📞 +1 786 554 7983 to correct it.

 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or unknown address, Kitchen Iberica will cancel the order, refund the product cost, and deduct the shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping).

 

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

Shipping Fees & Insurance

 

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be displayed during checkout. All products are shipped with mandatory transport insurance.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

 

Once your payment is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a PDF invoice. We’ll then arrange for your package to be picked up by the carrier. You’ll receive a second email with the shipping carrier’s name and a tracking code so you can follow your order online.

 

Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

 

When placing an order, you’re agreeing to have the package delivered to the specified address. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt delivery up to two more times:

• First attempt: during the carrier’s standard delivery hours.

• Before the second attempt: Kitchen Iberica will contact you via email or phone to inform you and reschedule delivery.

 

If 7 days pass without successful delivery for reasons not attributable to Kitchen Iberica, we will assume you wish to cancel the contract. In that case, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we’ll issue a refund minus the original and return shipping costs.

 

IMPORTANT UPON DELIVERY

 

When your order arrives, inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice any damage such as torn packaging, broken materials, scratches, etc., note it on the delivery receipt. This only takes a minute but is essential for any claims.

 

Kitchen Iberica will not accept claims made after 24 hours from the delivery.

 

Keep a copy of the delivery slip with the incident noted and take a clear photo of it. Send the photo and issue details to us immediately.

 

Our return and exchange policy

Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy for U.S. Customers)

 

In accordance with consumer protection standards, customers in the United States have the right to withdraw from their purchase and return a product if it does not meet their expectations.

 

This right must be exercised within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return:

• The product must be in perfect condition and in its original, unopened packaging.

• If the packaging is sealed, it must remain unbroken.

• Items such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures that have been removed from their packaging cannot be resold as new.

 

If you wish to return a product with damaged packaging, and only with prior approval from Kitchen Iberica, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund due to the challenges of reselling an item that is no longer in its original condition.

 

Refunds will be processed once we have inspected and verified the condition of the returned item and its packaging. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase, within 7 calendar days from the confirmed receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that Kitchen Iberica coordinates the return shipping.

 

If you choose to return the item using a shipping service of your own choice, the 7-day refund period will begin once Kitchen Iberica has received the item or has been officially notified of the shipment.

 

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

How to Request a Return

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us with a clear written statement via mail or email:

You may use a formal withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory as long as your communication clearly states your intent to return the item.

 

If the returned product arrives damaged or not in original condition, Kitchen Iberica reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
